Create custom MCP server for data sources

The screenshots show an MCP admin UI which can be used by an admin to register new data sources like Outlook, Box, Snowflake and create MCP servers on a subset of these data sources. One can create multiple MCP servers which are connected with any combination of data sources in the backend. The MCP admin UI powers an MCP Gateway that allows a user to add sources (like outlook, box, snowflake) & create an MCP server on top of them.
