Summary
I designed and delivered a branded web portal—powered by Procfu and Podio—that let my clients users and partners securely log in and see their own records without ever touching the internal system. It launched on schedule and immediately cut routine support and information requests by up to 90%.

Instant Search:
Clients entered an address or ID and saw matching properties or cases appear in a clean, clickable list.
Persistent Filters:
I added intuitive checkboxes and dropdowns that let users narrow their results by category or assigned team member—and their choices stuck even after they refreshed the page.
Organized Data Panels:
Information was grouped into clear sections (e.g., property details, borrower info, loan status), so clients always saw the most relevant data at a glance.

I built a single feed showing every message and call related to each property in chronological order—eliminating the need to dig through email threads or spreadsheets.
