It has an eye-catching, red and black design. In the background, there are diagonal red panels, whose colour scheme is designed to be striking and stimulating.
And, at the head, a respectful salutation to "Parents;" an invitation to "Come." "BELT PROMOTION PRESENTATION" is large and white, in all caps, front and center for all to see throughout the weekend.
All of the particulars of the event are well-defined, to wit:

The flyer ends with a polite sentence, "Your presence would be greatly appreciated." On the whole, the design looks professional and attractive, making the purpose of the ceremony clear.
