Allowed us to highlight the skills and talents at the Hotel. Was also a great way to make people work together on a common project, allowing everyone interested to be a part of it. And lastly, people could have something else to work on other than the repetitive actions they had to do everyday: to diversify the actions in a day.

It has been a great creative project, but particularly a great management lesson.
