Overview

PitchOS is an AI pre-sales intelligence platform designed to help sales, solutions and founder-led teams turn messy discovery inputs into structured deal strategy.
The product focuses on the work that happens before a proposal is written: understanding the buyer, extracting pain points, mapping objections, shaping positioning, and preparing stronger proposal inputs.
I built PitchOS as a productised example of how AI can support real business workflows without becoming a generic chatbot.

The Problem

Enterprise pre-sales is still heavily manual.
Teams often work across scattered discovery notes, call summaries, CRM context, RFP details, previous proposals and internal knowledge. The information is valuable, but it is rarely structured in a way that helps the team move quickly.
That creates problems:
discovery notes are hard to reuse
proposal writing starts from a blank page
objections are missed or handled too late
sales narratives are inconsistent
valuable deal context gets lost between calls, documents and handoffs

The Solution

PitchOS turns raw pre-sales inputs into structured sales intelligence.
Instead of asking users to "chat with AI", the workflow is designed around specific pre-sales jobs:
extract customer pain points
identify decision drivers
map likely objections
summarise buyer context
generate proposal angles
prepare follow-up guidance
structure discovery into reusable deal intelligence
The goal is not to replace the sales or solutions team. The goal is to give them a clearer starting point and reduce the manual work between discovery and proposal.

My Role

I led the product direction, positioning, UX thinking and AI workflow design.
My work included:
defining the product concept
shaping the pre-sales workflow
designing the discovery-to-output structure
creating the product positioning
building launch and product assets
mapping AI outputs around practical sales tasks
preparing the product for use as part of the IL Signal Studio portfolio

Key Product Thinking

The main design decision was to avoid making PitchOS feel like a general AI assistant.
Pre-sales teams do not need another blank chat box. They need a system that understands the shape of their work.
So the product is structured around repeatable pre-sales outputs:
pain patterns
objection maps
ICP notes
proposal angles
follow-up prompts
deal preparation summaries
This makes the AI more useful because it is working inside a defined workflow.

Outcome

PitchOS became a clear example of the type of AI systems I build:
focused, workflow-driven products that help operators move faster without losing context.
It also strengthened the IL Signal Studio product ecosystem alongside Signal Hooks and other automation tools.
