I noticed that my website was due for a major over haul, since it had been awhile since I edited it. I decided that I wanted to make something that was more tailored towards game design I took inspiration from apps like Netflix and youtube, while also taking "inspo" from the GUIs of gaming systems I loved to play growing up. Here are some of the references I used.

Shortly after, I got to work on the wireframe of the website. I liked the idea of a carousel so I focused on creating a design similar to that.

It was nice, simple and all of my work was in one place. I explored some more designs that were similar.

The idea of the carousel was pretty good, but after iterating on the design, I came to the conclusion that I didn't have enough content to make something that would allow me to take full advantage of the carousel. So, I opted to creating something where there's less movement but all of my content could be seen. In case I wanted to put more of my work on the website I would still incorporate the ability to scroll through the different pages, Similar to how most modern content platforms are.

next I created my user journey flows for the pages I had made available for viewing.
