Sibling rivalry
Being the little sister to the gargantuan that is LexisNexis isn't an easy task. Owning such vast amounts of data that only few can scale to, has it's issues. We set out to redefine a tool in Microsoft office that ultimately proved that a little sister can kick butt and make some gargantuan moves of its own.
Data is key
Identifying where the user was in the document lifecycle helped define what they needed to prioritise.
Data showed that users appreciated the data point in the document, and opened up many more ideas like collaboration
