[Multimedia Campaign] HKGS 45th Anniversary Multimedia Campaign

This documentary charts the half-century journey of geriatric medicine in Hong Kong, capturing the raw realities of pioneering doctors who built elderly care from the ground up since the 1970s. Through intimate interviews and rare archival frames, the film uncovers the profound human stories and systemic challenges behind safeguarding the dignity of our aging generation. I spearheaded the multimedia curation and campaign execution for the Hong Kong Geriatrics Society’s (HKGS) milestone anniversary. Working in close collaboration with the Society Committee over a six-month period, I drove the project lifecycle from creative brainstorming and historical research to full-scale multimedia production and social media strategy. By deep-diving into five decades of medical archives alongside senior geriatricians, I translated complex clinical histories and subtle doctor-patient dynamics into a compelling narrative, directing the visual rhythm and aesthetic tone to honor a half-century legacy of pioneering medical spirit.
