ContentSquare Documentation

Working on the internal knowledge base of the company, I joined a team of 5 technical writers to document specific products and releases. I worked with 5 different Product Managers and product teams, coordinating the documentation efforts with the external facing documentation teams, design and product teams. I contributed to the standardization efforts and general reflection by proposing a new page name structure as well as label best practices to improve the search. I built page templates in addition to writing, updating and reviewing technical content and contributed to the new Data Portal.
