Three research-based personas developed for an EdTech literacy product, representing the distinct needs, motivations, and pain points of the educators a product team was designing for — a district administrator responsible for purchasing and efficacy, a veteran classroom teacher navigating complex instructional systems, and a third-grade teacher balancing curriculum demands with limited time and support. Each persona was grounded in qualitative research and built to help the product team make design decisions that served real educators, not assumed ones.
