Bespoque operates in the IT services space, where first impressions strongly influence trust. The existing website made it difficult for visitors to quickly understand what the company offers or how to take the next step.
I worked on this project as a UX designer, handling the website audit and redesign. My responsibilities included identifying usability issues, restructuring content, improving visual hierarchy, and refining key sections to better support consultation bookings and contact actions.
Approach
I reviewed the site against its core goals: explaining services, building trust, and encouraging contact. From there, I identified points where users were likely to hesitate or lose context.
The focus was on simplifying language, improving contrast, and making actions more visible. I approached the redesign section by section, starting with the hero and navigation, and made decisions that reduced friction and helped visitors understand the offering faster.
