C# Desktop Licensing & Application Management

I developed a C# desktop application for managing people, drivers, license applications and the licensing lifecycle. The system organizes vision, written and practical test stages, license issuance and renewal, and detention and fine workflows. It uses Windows Forms, .NET Framework, SQL Server and ADO.NET in a three-tier architecture, with parameterized database queries and authenticated user access. This is a portfolio application I built to demonstrate business workflow modeling, relational database design and maintainable data access. The screenshot shows its application dashboard.
