Guidelines Online is a web-based platform I designed and developed to simplify how companies manage and share their brand guidelines. Built on Replit, the app allows users to upload their brand assets—logos, colors, fonts, and imagery—and instantly generate an interactive, easy-to-navigate brand guidelines page.
The goal was to create a tool that would save designers and teams countless hours while keeping branding consistent across all applications. From social media posts to landing pages, every asset can be linked back to the centralized style guide, ensuring accuracy and alignment for internal teams and external collaborators.
By combining automation with accessibility, Guidelines Online makes it possible for any brand—large or small—to present a professional toolkit without the complexity of traditional guideline documents. The platform is designed to be lightweight, scalable, and user-friendly, offering a modern solution for brand governance.
