We started with the Home page – designing it in Figma, presenting it to the client, and refining through up to 3 rounds of revisions until fully approved. This gave the client a clear visual direction before any other pages were touched.

Once the Home page was signed off, we moved on to designing all remaining pages of the site – keeping the visual language consistent and the brand identity strong across every touchpoint.

Before moving into the build, we went through a full review round with the client to confirm copy, images, and final design on all pages. Once everything was approved, we moved the entire design into Kajabi – page by page.

Automations set up: tag assignment and automated email triggers

With the full site built, we ran thorough testing across both desktop and mobile to make sure everything looked and functioned as intended. After QA sign-off, we held a Zoom training call with the client to walk through how to manage and update the site independently going forward.
