Focal Dystonia Method – Intensive Program Enrollment Flow

Following the successful platform migration and website redesign, Ruth returned for the third phase of our collaboration to launch a brand-new Intensive Program inside Kajabi. This project focused on building a complete enrollment experience – from the private sales page and application process to payment options, automations, and participant community – creating a seamless journey for prospective students while reducing manual administrative work.

We built the complete enrollment flow inside Kajabi, ensuring every step guided applicants smoothly through the process.

This included:

Custom application form

Dedicated checkout page

The enrollment journey was designed to make applying and securing a place as simple and intuitive as possible.

To support both applicants and enrolled participants, we implemented a complete automation system inside Kajabi.

This included:

Application confirmation email

Payment confirmation email

Monthly payment reminders

Successful payment notifications

Failed payment notifications

We also configured a six-email launch campaign for existing subscribers, scheduling every email in advance to support the Intensive Program launch and guide students through the enrollment period.

Once enrollment was complete, participants received access to a dedicated private community within the existing Kajabi platform.

The community was integrated into the overall member experience, providing a centralized space where accepted participants could connect and prepare for the program.

This project extended the Kajabi ecosystem we had already built for Focal Dystonia Method by introducing a fully automated enrollment system for a premium Intensive Program. From the private sales experience and flexible payment options to automated communications and community access, every element was designed to create a smooth experience for both the client and her students.
