I'm excited to share a recent project where I developed a comprehensive dashboard that has significantly enhanced our operational visibility. Here are some key insights from the dashboard:

🔧 Technician Performance: The dashboard highlights the average time taken by each technician to resolve breakdowns. Navneet emerged as the top performer with an average of 9.76 hours, followed closely by other skilled technicians.

⏱️ Ticket Resolution Analysis: We've visualized the average ticket resolution time over several months, which shows a clear trend of improving efficiency. This insight is vital for optimizing our support processes and reducing customer wait times.

💰 Financial Trends in Maintenance: The dashboard tracks monthly quotation amounts for maintenance operations, with peaks and troughs that provide valuable insights into our financial planning and resource allocation.

📈 Ticket Aging and Escalation Patterns: By analyzing the aging of tickets and their escalation, we've identified that a majority of tickets (60.8%) are resolved in less than 10 days, with a continuous effort to improve this rate.

Creating this dashboard has been a rewarding experience, providing actionable insights and driving data-driven decisions. It’s a testament to the power of data visualization in enhancing business processes.
