Project Overview
A documentary-style interview video for Guenpin, a restaurant specializing in fugu (pufferfish). The goal was to show the craftsmanship, tradition, and precision behind preparing this delicate dish, as well as the human story of the chef behind it.
What I did:
– Cut the raw footage into a compelling narrative
– Structured pacing to keep viewers engaged throughout
– Color corrected and cleaned audio for clarity
– Added subtitles, transitions, and background music to match the tone
