How Are You Doing Right Now

We took the late night show format switched out celebrities for regular people and the street turns into the stage. Million dollar budgets for.... basically zero budget. The host literally asks guest how they are doing, and eventually the interviews naturally lead to Black Lives Matter, Israel/ Palestein, Palestein/Israel and COVID. Not even prompted, New York in summer 2020 was just very political. Maybe that’s New York, I don’t know I moved here last June.

As technical director I was in charge of all things lighting, sound, video, editing and otherwise technical. During the shoots I had the big job of capturing the chaos of the street, and after I had the job of making sense of that chaos. I shot 3 video on 3 iphones and recorded audio at the same time. The 10 minute episodes come packaged with motion graphics, stills and behind the scenes photos for promotional use.
