The client needed a variety of workflows to support their sales and marketing processes. This varied from lead rotation, to serving customers the correct emails according to their contact type, to sending receipts upon payment confirmation by sales.
As part of any workflow process, I created mind maps that show how all of the HubSpot Workflows fit together, with each node directly linked to the workflow, form, or email referenced.
Only with such a map in place, can one truly understand the system as a whole, and how to reduce inefficiencies, and unnecessary touch points.
