Walkthrough.so – Scalable Platform for Technical Onboarding Overview

Walkthrough.so is a platform built to help teams create and share technical onboarding guides through structured, developer-friendly tutorials. It’s used by high-performance teams (including companies like Uber) to simplify knowledge transfer.
I worked as a Lead Frontend Engineer, building the product from scratch and ensuring a fast, scalable, and intuitive user experience.

Problem

Fast-growing teams face a common issue:
Knowledge is scattered across docs, chats, and internal tools
Onboarding new developers is slow and inconsistent
Existing documentation tools lack support for technical, code-heavy walkthroughs
No real-time collaboration for teams writing onboarding content

We built a platform that enables teams to:
