This event gathered leaders from Black Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) from across the Netherlands and beyond. It was a unique evening of active learning and networking designed to provide them with inspiration, information and encouragement to grow the potential of their ERGs. My role involved creating identity and sales comms for the event in collaboration with the designers and event producer on the client side.
The event far exceeded the original sales target and attracted attendees from major brands such as Foot Locker, Booking.com and McKinsey & Company among others. Participants appreciated a sense of camaraderie and community spirit that are not commonplace when it comes to DEI events.
