After 8+ years in enterprise UX and CMS architecture, I rebuilt my portfolio from scratch to match how I actually work: systematic, structured, and stripped of anything decorative that doesn't serve a purpose.
The site is built in React and Next.js with Tailwind, following the same Swiss minimalist principles I apply to client systems. Every section is modular. The layout mirrors the service architecture I deliver: UX strategy first, then component-driven builds, then ongoing CMS operations.
I'd been experimenting with different portfolio concepts (cafe menus, AI-generated layouts, interactive showcases), but none of them reflected the work I do day-to-day. My clients are enterprise teams and startups who need someone to architect their CMS, build scalable component libraries, and keep their web systems running. The portfolio needed to speak that language.
What the site covers:
3 service modules: UX Architecture & Strategy, Performance Builds & Systems, and Managed CMS Operations
Transparent pricing with fixed-scope engagements (Sprint at $1,450, Architecture projects at $2,900, custom retainers)
A 4-phase process: Discover, Architect, Build, Operate
A system assets shop with reusable design tokens, component libraries, CMS templates, and UX blueprint kits
The stack:
React, Next.js, Tailwind, Figma, and Vercel. CMS experience across Sitecore, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Framer, and Contentful.
Every engagement is led personally by me. No agency production line, no handoff to juniors. If you need someone to build the system that runs your brand's web presence, I'm available now.
