I am overlooking the project with a team of 2 develops, who are developing a website application for furniture industry. I facilitated the meetings (planning, standups, refinements, retrospectives), managed backlog and prioritized it with stakeholders & developers.

My engagement allowed the team to be more productive and give visibility to the stakeholders.
