𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: Image-report pairing alone provides weak anatomical grounding. To improve this issue, we introduce S2D-Align, which progressively adds reference reports and anatomical phrases, with a memory adapter sharing information across alignment stages.
