HUESHIFT - Creative Brand Design

For HueShift, a creative print shop, the objective was to design a visually cohesive brand identity centred around the CMYK colour model, a universal standard in printing. Their colour wheel tree logo symbolizes the brand's dedication to cohesiveness, versatility, and the blending of traditional print processes with modern innovation in the industry.

My role in this project encompassed brand development and applications across various platforms, including social media, signage, printed materials, and a website.

The CMYK colour model is a foundational concept in printing where the colours cyan, magenta, yellow and key/black are combined in varying proportions to create virtually any shade or hue, making CMYK essential for producing vibrant and consistent prints.

I began with brainstorming and sketching multiple iterations of the tree logo, experimenting with logo types and compositions to align with the brand’s vision.

The HueShift brand design reflects its creative essence and print-focused industry through a vibrant and versatile visual identity. The CMYK tree logo captures the shop’s core offering of ensuring cohesion across digital and physical touch points, while staying rooted in traditional print processes. This identity empowers its target audience effectively.
