In this case study, we will examine a project focused on setting up and scaling ad campaigns for a car dealership based in Miami, FL. The dealership aimed to target two specific customer segments - English-speaking and Spanish-speaking individuals. By implementing multiple campaigns and tailored offers, the goal was to generate a substantial number of leads while effectively managing the advertising budget.
Background: The car dealership approached me with the objective of expanding its customer base and increasing sales. They recognized the importance of targeting both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking audiences in the diverse Miami market. To achieve this, I was tasked with creating and optimizing ad campaigns to attract and engage potential customers from these specific segments.
Campaign Setup: To begin the project, I set up multiple ad campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and local directories. The campaigns were designed to resonate with the target audience's language preferences, interests, and purchasing behaviour. Engaging ad copy, captivating visuals, and localized messaging were crafted to maximize the campaign's effectiveness.
Campaign Execution and Optimization: To reach the English-speaking audience, I developed campaigns that emphasized the dealership's extensive inventory, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. On the other hand, for the Spanish-speaking audience, campaigns were tailored to highlight the dealership's Spanish-speaking staff, flexible financing options, and personalized assistance.
Throughout the campaign duration, I continually monitored key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTRs), cost per click (CPC), and conversion rates. This data allowed me to optimize the campaigns further by refining the targeting parameters, adjusting the messaging, and allocating the budget based on campaign performance.
Results: The implemented campaigns yielded exceptional results for the car dealership. The tailored approach and multilingual targeting strategies proved successful in generating a total of 799 leads. Despite the competitive advertising landscape, the campaigns achieved these results with a total ad spend of $7,976, demonstrating efficient use of the allocated budget.

Conclusion: This case study highlights the successful implementation and scaling of ad campaigns for a car dealership targeting English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers. By employing tailored campaigns, localized messaging, and continuous optimization, I was able to generate a significant number of leads while effectively managing ad spend.
