📂 Defcolor is Film Company based in London. They specialise in creating films, commercials, documentaries, music videos and social contents. At Defcolor they believe that quality and creativity are essential elements to accomplish a successful project.

💡This UX case study explores the creation of Defcolor, a platform for professional content creators, focusing on user research, problem statements, and design solutions. It covers personalized packages, accurate information, and consultant process guidance, making it a popular choice.

As a UI/UX designer, my role in this project is to ensure that the platform's design is user-centered and easy to use. I will be responsible for conducting user research, analysing user feedback, and creating design solutions that are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use.

The project aimed to enhance the booking experience for customers worldwide by addressing their needs and preferences, and designing solutions that exceeded their expectations.

The primary goal was to create a platform that meets the unique needs and preferences for brands or people try to find good content creator services, providing them with a seamless and enjoyable user experience. By addressing the pain points identified in our user research, we aimed to significantly improve user satisfaction and loyalty.
