NerdHeadz built a Web3 tokenized real estate marketplace for Propbase, enabling users to purchase shares of real estate properties using crypto smart contracts and trade those shares in a built-in marketplace.

The platform features KYC authentication via Passbase, Aptos Chain blockchain integration, dual marketplaces (property listing and share trading), and a responsive web application built on Bubble.io. The MVP was designed for use in conferences, exhibitions, and investor pitches.
