A series of photos I took during the LA Shutdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic. I took over 600 shots for this project— I decided to choose nineteen photos for the collection, because of the nineteen in COVID-19. On Easter Sunday, I went around the city to capture photos and moments of the environment in public areas that included some iconic landmarks throughout the city. From Santa Monica to Downtown LA — I tried to capture the eerie yet calm feeling around the city during the month we’ve been in quarantine. These photos mark 28 days since Governor Newson enacted the stay-at-home order for all residents in California.
