I worked as a developer within a large public sector body developing enterprise software within an agile environment. Additionally, I was involved with the technical architecture and implementation of many projects which involved large-scale systems communicating with each other. The implementation consisted of working with legacy and modern systems, such as a domain driven design framework known as the Naked Objects Framework (NOF) and .NET MVC web applications.
Over the course of my time working within the Department of Social Protection, I was working with a large variety of tools and technologies including: C#, Microsoft .NET MVC, MYSQL Server, NuGet package manager, CSS, Bootstrap, LESS, SASS, JSON, Jenkins CI, JavaScript, Knockout JS, Windows PowerShell, GIT, Microsoft Messaging Queuing (MSMQ), Microsoft Biztalk, Postman and Selenium.
