Objective: Launch a community-driven newsletter and create an email strategy to nurture the community built on Instagram.
Challenge
These Girls Run had built a strong, engaged community on Instagram but wanted to expand their presence and create an additional space to connect with members. The goal was to launch a newsletter that would allow them to share community updates, event news, member spotlights, and attract sponsorships, giving their followers another way to stay engaged and informed.
Solution
Working closely with TGR Founder, Molly, I developed a series of email templates designed to align with These Girls Run’s brand and marketing goals, establishing a comprehensive email strategy using beehiiv.
Account Setup & Platform Education: Set up the beehiiv account and guided Molly through the platform, ensuring she felt comfortable managing future campaigns independently.
Template Design: Built custom templates that aligned with the These Girls Run brand.
Content Strategy & Structure: Developed a structured approach for the newsletters and emails, including content pillars and a content calendar.
Results
These Girls Run successfully launched their newsletter, providing their community with a dedicated space for news and updates beyond Instagram. The new setup positioned them to explore sponsorships, strengthening the brand’s revenue streams while deepening connections with their audience.
