Pass Casino & Railroad Pass

I was hired as a Marketing Director for DeSimone Gaming to rebrand Pass Casino, Railroad Pass Casino, Railroad Pass Travel Center, and all associated brands under the DeSimone Gaming umbrella. I created new Squarespace websites, shot all assets, and updated their social media to reflect a brand image of a hip and new spot in Downtown Henderson.

I was also tasked with creating a new casino loyalty marketing program and worked closely with the Slot department and Operations teams to create fun new monthly gaming campaigns and revamp their database loyalty programs via mail and email. I also exponentially increased business revenue and slot coin-in through customer retention and inactive member reactivation campaigns.
