A FITTING RESPONSE IN A CHATTER IS VERY NECESSARY

Usually, a successful and an animated conversation requires inputs from the parties involved. But sporadically, certain conversations and engagements can be very boring. Especially when one person to the dialogue is making a resolute attempt to build a lively engagement, and the other party is uncommunicative, dilatory and reticent in his or her replies.

Some sort of folks will even go beyond the chatter and begin to give a tone of condescension. In point of fact, such a startling and derogatory deposition is very apparent in nearly all ladies or women, but only in a few men.

From personal perspective, a short reply to an open ended question during a conversation suggests a lack of interest in the topic or the person may not be interested in chatting with you. And in such cases, it will be more appropriate to recourse to another topic or you can attempt to make the person communicative. However, if the person continues to give terse or laconic replies to questions that require more fleshed out answers, then he or she lacks social psychology and skills.
