Rocío Sereno, a premium skincare brand, wanted to increase online sales, improve brand awareness, and drive traffic to their Shopify store. Their challenge was low traffic, weak ad tracking, and under-utilized social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
What I Did
Designed and launched high-impact ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram, targeting ideal skin-care audiences based on demographics, interests, and previous behaviour.
Created custom visuals and video assets (product shots, lifestyle imagery) to resonate with the brand’s look & feel.
Set up Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics to ensure accurate tracking of customer actions and ad performance.
Developed retargeting sequences to convert warm leads (people who viewed products but didn’t buy).
Optimized campaigns over several weeks: A/B tested creatives, adjusted targeting, and scaled budget toward high-performing ads.
