Next.js Contractor Website That Generated 17 Jobs

B&B Specialty Contractors previously had no website and needed a credible way to explain its services, establish local relevance, and receive estimate requests.

I designed and built a responsive Next.js marketing website covering six service lines. The build includes local service-area structured data, technical SEO foundations, clear conversion paths, and a validated estimate workflow.

In the first four months, the website generated 17 direct inquiries and the owner reported converting six of them into projects. The implementation avoided unsupported business claims while still giving visitors the information and contact path needed to take action.
