Executive Producer for the Fantasy Fangirls Podcast

Hayden Gray

Multi-channel Monetization

As Executive Producer, my first task was to build out a monetization structure for the virally popular podcast from the ground-up.
Over the course of a month, I led conversations and implemented processes that led to the following revenue streams:
Patreon: Built out a Patreon community of over 1,000 paid members; providing benefits that include a private Discord server, early access to content, behind-the-scenes content only available to Patreon members, and exclusive merch discounts.
YouTube: Managed the Fantasy Fangirls YouTube channel, leading to monetization within the first two months and over 10,000 subscribers.
Ad Sales: Led conversations with half-a-dozen content networks up, leading to ultimately signing with QCODE Media, who now sells ad inventory for every new episode.

Managing the Digital Fanbase

As Executive Producer, I managed the private fan Discord server for the show, consisting of over 1,000 paying members. These responsibilities included the management of the mod team, and organizing/executing engaging community events.

Results

These projects have led to the Fantasy Fangirls Podcast eclipsing over 1 million downloads in the first 4 months of after launch, and a projected first year revenue of over six figures.
