Dsyre is a gaming and Esports company now on the market for over 2 years.

Immediately after their birth they started immediately to obtain great results in Italy on various gaming titles.

Coming from the world of infoproducts and knowing the brand, I made the proposal to the Founder to help them develop a line of business based on video courses.

I don't just have a project manager role but I'm defining the whole strategy and the development of this new part of the business.

I also help the whole team of over 10 people to integrate functional procedures within the activity to streamline the work.

Another important point, the team doesn't have great skills on the direct response marketing part, I'm implementing a training plan for everyone.

The team includes the following figures:

- Media Buyers

- Copywriters

- Video Editors

- Graphic designer

- Talent Manager

- Community Manager

- Customer care

Another important goal is to coordinate with the other project manager and ensure that the different lines of business communicate and operate effectively.

Aiming to achieve the main business objectives.

The first projects I worked on in my career were infoproducts and video courses. Over the years, my team and I have developed great skills in launching online schools and academies. Given this past and my passion for the gaming world, together with our partner Dsyre, a rapidly growing Italian Esports Team, we have opened the doors to the online training academy for Gamers by launching the first course in July 2022: "Warzone Masterplayer" .
