Eden Homes, a real estate company, needed scroll-stopping social media video content to showcase their property listings and build brand presence across Instagram and Facebook.
Real estate video content lives or dies in the first 2 seconds. I focused on creating videos that hook viewers immediately with striking visuals, then guide them through the property with intentional pacing and transitions.
Key creative decisions included dynamic opening shots to stop the scroll instantly, smooth transitions between rooms and exterior shots for a cinematic walkthrough feel, on-screen text overlays highlighting key property features like square footage and location, music selection matched to the brand's premium positioning, and aspect ratios optimized for each platform.
All editing was done in Adobe Premiere Pro. I worked with raw property footage, color grading each clip for consistency, adding motion graphics for text overlays, and cutting everything to platform-specific specs. Each video was delivered in multiple formats: 9:16 for Stories and Reels, 1:1 for feed posts, and 16:9 for YouTube and website use.
The result was engaging, professional video content that elevated Eden Homes' social media presence and gave their listings a premium, polished look that stands out in a competitive real estate market.
