I took on the role of developing a robust and efficient API using Django Rest Framework to drive a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS). This system was designed to optimize employee performance tracking, evaluation, and reporting within an organization.
The core objective of the project was to establish a streamlined and automated process for managing performance-related data, replacing manual and time-consuming methods. Leveraging Django Rest Framework's capabilities, I built a powerful API that provided endpoints for various functionalities crucial to the PMS.
