SkillsUp Digital Platform Prototype Design

SkillsUp is a digital platform I conceptualized to support university students in developing essential financial and professional skills. The idea was born from a research-driven analysis that revealed significant gaps in students’ preparedness for the job market—specifically in areas like financial literacy, interview readiness, time management, and soft skills.

To design a solution aligned with real user needs, I conducted a survey and analyzed key data points. These insights directly informed the design decisions I made in Figma, where I created a high-fidelity prototype focused on simplicity, accessibility, and user engagement.

The prototype includes features such as personalized student profiles, access to practical weekly workshops, mentorship sessions with professionals, and a curated library of career resources. My design process involved defining user flows, building wireframes, and iterating based on feedback, always applying UX best practices and visual design principles to ensure a user-friendly experience.
