As the sole producer of this project, I was responsible for overseeing the entirety of production, from pre-production through post. I created and stuck to a tight budget while simultaneously securing funds for production, processed and paid all invoices/payroll, location scouted/managed, coordinated effective communication amongst all department heads throughout production, along with several other role-specific duties including but not limited to production scheduling, post-production supervising, and hiring of all crew.
