A visual design concept for Mindseat, a Bali-based workspace rental service helping remote workers stay productive with premium monitors, desks, and ergonomic setups.
Overview
Designing a premium workspace rental experience for Bali’s remote-work community.
Mindseat provides flexible access to monitors, desks, and ergonomic equipment for digital nomads and remote professionals in Bali.
The goal was to create a visual system that feels premium, approachable, and distinctly connected to Bali, while making the rental offering easy to understand at a glance.
What I worked on
Visual direction & art direction
Social media / promotional layouts
Product presentation
Typography & visual hierarchy
Brand consistency
Marketing content
Design Approach
I combined Mindseat’s dark teal brand color with a bright lime accent to create a distinctive visual identity.
Product-focused cards use a clean editorial layout, while lifestyle imagery adds context around the experience of working remotely in Bali.
The system was designed to work across different content types, from individual products and pricing to packages, lifestyle messaging, and brand storytelling.
Key Design Elements
Product-first layouts
Clear hierarchy for product names, pricing, and imagery makes the rental options easy to scan.
Bali-inspired storytelling
Lifestyle photography and messaging connect the product with the broader remote-work experience in Bali.
Consistent visual system
Reusable typography, spacing, colors, cards, and imagery create consistency across different content formats.
Outcome
A flexible visual system that allows Mindseat to communicate both what they rent and the lifestyle around it, while keeping the brand feeling modern, premium, and approachable.
