Overview

My team and I had one mission: to help EFW achieve their own personal success and growth through strategic and creative planning. Through extensive research, the following primary challenges were identified:
Lack of social media presence
Lack of community awareness
Lack of substance and benefits
Attitude of the current target market.
After gaining insight on EFW’s story and mission, the following goals were established:
Generate a strong social media presence for EFW and continue an organized schedule to increase and maintain exponential growth
Increase clicks and followings on all of EFW’s social media platforms and websites to generate a larger crowd
Appeal to potential sponsors to increase funds for EFW and create a farther reach for brands story
Inform of the available benefits and resources EFW has to offer

What is EFW?

Empower Fort Worth (EFW) is an organization dedicated to helping frontline workers with their mental and emotional health. Since 2019 when EFW was created, it has had one goal: to reduce the stigma of and provide mental health resources to frontline workers, who selflessly work to helps others within their community.

Identified key insights, strengths, weaknesses, potential threats, and opportunities
Pitched creative strategy to founding members of EFW
