What kind of organization is this product for?
Contrary to popular belief, personal data and security breaches most often occur as a result of human error, not due to malicious actors like hackers or other cyber-criminals.
How can organizations reduce instances of human error? Is that even possible?
Well yes, it is possible!
Although there are a number of strategies that can be used to reduce human errors that lead to data breaches, one of the most effective strategies involves fostering a privacy-conscious culture. This product helps organizations cultivate this. Having a privacy-conscious culture means that privacy-conscious behaviors, such as using strong passwords or not leaving devices unattended, become second nature, automatic behaviors for employees - rather than practices that have to be continuously reinforced.
Having strategically placed posters around a physical office can reinforce good behaviors. For example, having a poster on top of the printer reminding employees not to leave printed-out papers in the printer, having a poster on the entrance door reminding employees not to allow strangers inside the building, or having a poster on the exit door reminding employees about the key items they should make sure they have with them before leaving (such as their company badge).
Fully remote companies can benefit from these kinds of awareness materials as well. Screensavers that play on company devices while they are idle can display messages that reinforce privacy-conscious behaviors, such as not leaving your laptop unattended and unlocked.
