Ladybird has it's own core product as Faveo Helpdesk and I'm a core part of it. Backend of Faveo is built on Laravel, frontend is on VueJs and Mysql is used as database.
Developed many features in the product according to the requirements of clients.
Connected to clients and implemented customization needed by them over the existing functionality of Faveo Helpdesk.
Implemented new features and customization required by Ladybird to enhance the productivity of Faveo Helpdesk.
Adopted Agile methodology for development.
Resolved github issues raised by different clients/user and Ladybird for Faveo Helpdesk System.
Worked on many enhancements and bugfixes.
