MBAROI

This is an online branding work where I need to take the brand to the masses. MBAROI works for MBA students and earns revenue from colleges by selling leads. So I have to work on solving the student's problems and encourage them to take admitted to our clinets colleges.

In my tenure of 12 months, the biggest problem I faced was tough competition from industry giants - such as Shiksha.com, college unit, and mbauniverse

Goals:

• Solve the MBA Aspirants' problem • Improve the quality of content • Steal the half traffic of our competition in MBA domain

Gathered the requirements, Found the content and business gap, analyzed the student's problems, and Crafted the solution which matters most to them and lastly examine the efforts and check if any improvements were required. Steps go continuously for 12 months
