The Problem
Green Our Planet faced the challenge of repetitive questions burdening their employees and teachers while potential investors and customers struggled to navigate the extensive information available on their website. To modernize their business and streamline operations, a solution was needed to automate responses, relieve staff, and provide an interactive platform for users to engage with the program effectively.
The Process
As the creator of this innovative chatbot, I leveraged my technical expertise to develop a robust solution. The chatbot was programmed to ingest and comprehend all the relevant information listed on Green Our Planet's website. Through Natural Language Processing techniques and the OpenAI GPT-3 language model, the chatbot could understand user queries and generate accurate and informative responses. The backend was built using the Flask web framework to handle server-side operations and facilitate seamless communication with the OpenAI API.
