With such a high volume of clients this team needed some processes and documents created to help serve each team in the project pipeline effectively. In order to do this I just needed to learn the typical scope of work, project deliverables and some additional information regarding the project deadlines. This demo deck was created to help the client kick off calls for each project. While each project is unique and specific to the client, I put together this template as a guide. Please see the attached images for the project.

In order to create this document successfully I needed to know the important topics to cover in each kick off call. Providing the deliverables to a client in the kick off call is a must!

This process created a lot less hours of work for the Account Managers, was a very important and professional piece to share with new and existing clients and helps the team(s) who sit client-facing provide effective communication and expectations in the beginning so there isn't any... well, funny business!

This is one of the many project documents created with this team and it's helped them over communicate project timelines, have a better streamline of information for the creative teams and technical managers and is a great slideshow for clients to turn to when they may have some questions.
