My Design process on how I designed a sample Real Estate Flyer
Hi Everyone! I am Emmanuel, and I am a Young Graphic Designer and Welcome back to one of my projects where I showcase the procedure I make in Designing graphics, and today I will show you how I designed a sample real estate flyer.
So let's get started, shall we?
How I start the Project:
I first look for some sample House photos online, in here I used some fancy house photographs exterior and interior that should also match the aesthetics, designs, and colors.
Design Inspirations I found:
Based on the images I found, It gives Modernity and Minimalism.
... and also Black.

The Template and Set up:
I then next look for some Templates from Canva
And here are the chosen templates I found that I could get some inspirations from:
Assembling:
As I collected everything I needed, I then find ways to make them all fit together.
I matched the colors of the images and fit the aesthetics as well.
I made the important details bolder and with a different Font, like the Cost and the Price of the house.
Took me about 1 1/2 hours to make.
Final Product:
So here is the final output of the design!
