Role
My role in the project was to lead the User Experience design of the AR experience under the creative direction of Kate Lynham (Unit9).
Challenge
The main challenge I was given in this project was to design the entire experience without using any copy at all.
Solution
Together with the Creative and Design teams at Unit9 we developed a universally adaptable design that required no copy (and, of course, no translations). Our work relied heavily on icons, animations and transitions to successfully guide users through the entire Haunted Mansion.
